I'm a U.S. Navy sailor currently deployed in Iraq, and I just recently ordered and received my VR920.  I've got a 9500 series HP laptop running Vista.

When I plugged the iWear's USB in it ran fine: the computer recognized the device, and I installed the drivers via the CD.  After that I plugged the monitor input in - it was working and I had something showing on my laptop and the iWear.  When the screen showed up asking how I wanted to display the screens (Both mirrored, both seperate, or only the iWear) I chose to only display in the iWear.  At this point my laptop screen went black, but my iWear did too.  I've restarted, unplugged, replugged and generally fooled around, but any time I plug in the iWear's monitor input, my laptop screen goes black and my iWear stays black as well.

Keep in mind the iWear is on, as I can see it glowing faintly from the USB connection, yet it remains black.

Oh, I should probably note that sound works fine as well.

Any advice?  Thanks in advance.

And that's why I bought the product - I knew the support was good.

Thanks, it's working fine now.
