Hey.

Since the Wrap 310 is so cheap (especially for us Swedes ), I'm really considering buying one.
However, I have some decisive questions first..

1. Will the Wrap 310 show the desktop also when using the PC and iPhone, or will it only play media-files? I mean, can I play games on my iPhone with them on? And same thing with PC? With other words, will everything that's displayed on my iPhone/PC be shown in the glasses? Would be rad to use facebook etc with Wrap 310.

2. "Includes Apple iPod/iPhone adaptor cable.*
*Included in US and Canadian versions. Not included in all regions.
" it says on the website. Does that mean that I'll have to buy the adaptor cable separate? Ehrm, if so, what for?

Sorry for my bad english, but you'll hopefully understand me.

Take care!

I think with 428 x 240 resolution, you will not be happy browsing Internet, and reading facebook.
Also, if you want to use it with PC, you will need to buy wrap VGA cable, that doesn't selling yet on official site.
But with such cables I think you will be able to see a desktop of your PC downscaled to 428 x 240, which is ok if you watching a movie, but pretty small for games.

I'm personally looking forward (640 x 480) Wrap 920 with VGA cable and with new 6DOF head-tracker.

It's also interesting does anybody bought Wrap 310, to check how's it's see-through optics works, are the sceens semi-transparent?

Ah okey. But Wrap 310 should work perfect when only watching movies etc?

I can say that the wrap310 works well enough with iphone/ipod. There is a screendoor effect (should be expected given the resolution), bright images (mostly white) seem to ghost red which is slightly annoying. Don't buy it if you expect them to be transparent, they are not. They are beefier than the images on the vuzix website would suggest, and are only slightly less dorky looking than previous models. Web browsing shouldn't be attempted.

You cannot see your iphone screen through the wrap 920 or 310 unless you are looking at a video image. You cannot see your apps, play games etc on the iphone through the Wrap. Also, it is not transparent and the screen looks small when viewing video though it.
