Good points:
the hardware is very good, specially if you consider it's cost.
wearing the glasses is comfortable also for long time and you can make a lot of adjustments to make them fit to you.
cable is long enough and not disturbing.
earphone quality is pretty high.
software is easy to install and use.
SDK available for free
overall the hw is very good.

Bad points:
the carry puch is very small and can't contain cables easily.
the supported titles are very few and you're bound to specific version of them too.
you need to patch the game files to make them work (done by the sw for you, but still annoying)
overall the software needs improvements in order to be able to support games in a more free manner (i'm thinking of the iZ3D drivers that works without modding the game and support more titles)

My overall experience is good, and i'm going to keep the glasses and i'm happy with them. But i would suggest a collaboration with the iZ3D people to improve the driver part of the product or more collaboration with game developers so more titles are supported.
and please, re-add support for second life, as the current version supported by Vuzix has been discontinued and disabled by linden lab.

thanks for the high quality product and the fun i'm getting from it
