Hi Guy's this is my first post on a forum so bear with me.

I have been given a VR920 which seems to not power on or get detected? when plugging it into my laptop, Vista does not detect it in device manager but when i connect the VGA port Vista detects there is another display connected. However still nothing in Device Manager regarding the USB, and the Iwear software doesn't pick the device up.

I have also added this to two other pc's and get the same issue.

Any help most appreciated.

Try to pug VGA first, and after VGA is plugged in, plug USB.

Could be a bad USB cable on the VR920 or your USB could be bad on the laptop.. Can you try this connected to another PC?

Hmm, do the screens light up blue when you plug it in and does it warm up? Otherwise I'd suggest that there is really something wrong with the power supply.
