| | As a new VR920 owner, I notice that the resolutions available to me are 800x600 1024x768 and 960x600. Is there any reason why I am unable to have 640x480, which is supposedly the native resolution of the VR920? Additionally I notice that, under my windows dispaly properties, my monitor is still listed as a "Generic PnP Monitor". Could this have something to do with it? Any ideas? |

| | Additionally, I've noticed that the VR920 is not even listed in the monitor section of the Device Manager. Is this installed correctly? |

| | What I would do is have your monitor or the desktop set at 800x600 60hz. Just so the vuzix will work when pluged in. Then unplug your monitor and plug in just the vuzix then plug in the usb cable. See if your system then reads what is connected as the vuzix vr920 and see if you can scale down to 640x480. Also sometimes I've noticed that in the nvidia display changing the res can change with more option and if you right click on the desktop and use the properties and then settings and advance, it only allows you to scale down to 800x600.. Thats all of my input I can give... Ku |

| SDon78,
The VR920 will usually be display in your device manager as "Default Monitor" or "Plug and Play Monitor". Have you tried changing the resolution in your video cards control panel instead of using the settings tab in Display Properties? Please let me know if this helps.
