| Hello,
I saw this new stereoscopic Nvidia product : http://www.nvidia.com/object/product_GeForce_3D_VisionKit_us.html
Do you think the drivers will be compatible with the VR920 ?
These drivers work fine with new Nvidia card 8x and 9x.
Old Nvidia drivers with old nvidia card work fine with VR920, maybe this new one work on the same way with new nvidia vidéo cards.
What do you think?

| Don't think so, NVidia makes strange polytics novadays... But who knows, I can only hope!
Existing, latest NVidia drivers works well on 8 and 9 series of GeForces, but only for anaglyph and Zalman monitors. |

| | Hello. The drivers don't work with vr920. U need a reg tweak even for anaglyph view. I tried some tweaking but couldn't activate any other stereo type than anaglyph. Maybe some smart guy can do something about this, but i doubt it because they didn't succed with the older vista drivers. If vuzix guys get along with the punk buster guys and u don't get kicked anymore when u play online with stereo on I won't really care about the nvidia drivers but untill then..... |

| No, they currently don't, the old drivers work on old cards, and work with VR920, but the new drivers don't yet support them. I've even asked Nvidia in their support forums, and the reply was that they remade the drivers 'from the ground up' and made them more compatible with more games, more frequent updates, and more cards. They also mentioned that they weren't planning on making them compatible with the VR920 at all.
The new drivers only work with Vista and Win7, mind you, but they work really well.
A simple workaround? Wear the VR920 over anaglyph glasses |
