| We've tested these displays for burn in, and have been able to get no permanent image retention.
With three dead pixels, your unit now officially qualifies for repairs, simply on that basis alone. If you would like, I can set up a return for you. Simply send me an email. We will see if we can figure out what the cause of the black 'bites' out of the display is. You are the third person to mention this, so while it is not a common problem, it is also not unique.

| | Since I didn't pay for my VR920, I wouldn't feel right sending it back just for 3 pixels. Especially since I can still see what is under those pixels with the other eye. My VR920 still works great. |

| | I'm now also getting the black circles/bites problem, but as is the case with other people, they seem to go away. In my case I didn't even unplug it, I just disabled it in display properties and after a bit the black bites started to retreat and were eventually gone completely. |
