Hello,

This may seem like a stupid question, but upon reading all the detailed decriptions on the VR920, I was wondering if it could be used *also* to watch movies from a computer's VGA port (since only playing games is mentionned).

Thanks in advance.

Of course!
You can see a 2D movies as usual, and 3D movies with a special movie player.

when not playing games with stereoscopic and stuff like that it acts just like another monitor for your computer. so anything you can do on your pc on a normal monitor you can do on your vr920. this includes watching movies .

just a warning they do get hot , although they r covered for damage in overheating . i would recommend leaving them unpluged for 5 to 10 mins between movies . mine were left on for like 25 mins while i drove to the shop and when i came back the screens had a massive blacked out section and then once i turned them off and back on i found 4 or so dead pixels.

of course vuzix would repair them but i couldnt be bothered sending them back lol

I've had to send my unit back once, and Vuzix was very profressional about the whole thing. I don't think it was gone more than a week.
