| | Since I live near Rochester NY is there a way to try out, test, the AV920? There must be stores around here that are selling it. |

| Mcduke, try contacting Vuzix directly through email. I don't think they come by the forums much (at least not officially) so you might have better luck calling them or via email. They're located in Rochester, I wouldn't be surprised if they had some local vendors or could arrange a demo. They have seemed very helpful in terms of support, they might be able to help you out.

| I'll try to call them tomorrow (Monday) and see if they have something locally that offers a demo. It looks really cool. It says that it's like looking at a 62 inch screen from 9 feet away, so I'm not sure if that like virtual surround reality or more like wearing glasses with side blinders (like a tunnel effect). I want to try it for playing flight sims and space combat sims. Can anyone who uses them give me a heads up on what it's like? Thanks, mcduke |
