| Good, I am Spanish and I am using google translator because it is not English. Pardon my hope that the translations and understand.
Buy a few months ago VR920 glasses and I have updated the firmware and is all in black. I get the following error: The update process encountered an error. Please try again.
The program puts me Update: you will be directed to unplug and plug-in your VR920 a few times.
I need help. Thank you. |

| | Probably you have iwear monitor or some game using in running background, or your desktop is configured to use both monitors. You eyewear must be black, ie. not used. Also check start-settings-contolpanel-sound-audio. |

| I'm getting the same message on my one too, but i've not got anything running in the background.
(I had a really old one, which i'm updating to get to the newer versions)
But it goes up to 40% on the second bar and I get the message...
"The update process encountered an error. Please try again"
It also says I now have version: 1.110.9905.0 Is that right?

| Ah, scratch that, I managed to finally update it by just trying and trying!
Now I need to figure out how to get the head tracking and stereoscopy to work in Portal!!! |

| | With portal was same thing, i browsed folder but it won't add. Then i just copied manually all files listed in info to bin folder (not \portal\bin) and tada! |
