| Hello; today i received my VR920, but i have a problem:
The left screen its ok, but the right screen seems to not being correctly aligned in the same plane, it seems to have an agle to the left, or bottom, and being the displays liquid crystal, the screen displays much darker and bad image than the left display,
in bright enviroments it is barely noticeable, but in darker images, like playing games or viewing movies it becomes unwearable.
What can i do
thanks |

| | Something you can try is our dynamic brightness adjustment. Open the On Screen Display when the VR920 is powered by depressing the control wheel for about 3 seconds. Once the OSD is on look for an icon which appears as a pair of eyes with two arrows for 'eye brows.' Depress the control wheel after you have selected this icon. This allows you to slide the brightness between the displays. Thus, if you turn the control wheel to the right the right eye will brighten as the left eye dims, and vice versa. Give it a shot and let me know if it helps. Thanks! Adam |

| That is the first thing i tryed, but to no effect.
Now i clearly recognize the problem is caused by the same effect of looking at a tft screen from a bad angle. If i look more from the upper right corner of the right display i can see the colour appears again.
Will i need to send the unit again to you for realignment¿

| If there is something actually wrong with the displays, than by all means we can repair them. However, there is a chance that it is simply a matter of your unique IPD. I would suggest having someone with a noticeable difference in facial structure (maybe someone of a different gender, or significantly different size) try them on, see what they say. If both of you are noticing the same thing, please email me at todd_ferguson@vuzix.com, and we'll get you set up for repairs.

| | Hi fellow Gamers, Not sure if this is related, I had great difficulty trying to adjust the eye wear to fit both displays to get a clearly image. When one eye is in-line, the other eye would be off center. I tried everything I could think of, plus the suggestions from Vuzix. Well as it turned out, the two lenses are too close together for People like myself with normal, but large heads. and it looks like we are out of luck. There is no solution to my problem I was told. this is not a one size fit all product. NO JOY Anyone else with this problem? |

| Have you tried adjusting the nose piece?
For me the VR920 has to be tilted very little for my eyes to have the monitors aligned correctly. It works fine for my mate, but me I have to tilt it a little bit. But no problem, it will fit even though i tilted it a little.
