1) Should I calibrate with the headset on my head or in my hands.

2) Should I rotate the glasses 360degrees during calibration?

Yes

I discovered last night that it pays to spend approx 5mins calibrating even if it looks like the bars are not moving at all. The tracking experience after was miles better with little to none judder.
