MTBS3D.com (Meant To Be Seen in 3D) is a stereoscopic advocacy group that tries to pressure game developers, and graphics card manufacturers to support stereoscopic 3D. As you might have noticed the lack of support for stereoscopic 3D products is a big problem.

It has 2000 signed-up members. Currently it is sponsored by iz3D and TDVision.

Sponsoring it would provide both an excellent way of promoting Vuzix products to people who are interested in stereoscopic displays, and would help pressure game developers to support your products. It also allows the stereoscopic community to help out with your driver development.

I think it's the game developers/Houses that are not ready for this type of investment. This might work with SLI cards but they are probably few games made for stereoscopic viewing. It would be nice but the hardware prices have to come down to make it a viable venture..

Here's hoping

Since the stereo "drivers" are doing 95% of the work in rendering in stereo, it really only requires the developers to make the smallest of efforts to get their games to work with the stereo drivers. Yet many games just won't work with the stereo drivers because they do their own crazy effects that can't be switched off. All mtbs3d are trying to do is get developers to make a tiny effort to make their games compatible with stereo "drivers".
