I don't know if I did it or not but i tried bending the nose pads so they didn't touch my nose and now i get colour issues when using the VR920. If i give it a tight squeeze the colour will return to normal.

My question is... Have I voided the warranty by bending these pads (maybe carelessly too far). If so, can I get some information regarding what i can do to get it fixed? I bought it new off ebay so does that still cover the warranty?

If it is not under warranty, is there any place I can send it to to get it repaired?

You would want to send me an email . . . I'll have some questions for you regarding where it was purchased, since some eBay sellers are authorized resellers, meaning you get a warranty, and sometimes it's just some guy selling his unit, in which case there is no warranty.

Assuming you are covered by a warranty, the repairs for this unit would be covered; it is not normal for adjusting the nosepad to cause issues with the displays.

If it ain't broke, break it. Then you can fix it.
